For over 20 years, Kim has managed logistics, sales, and service in a variety of industries, with specific expertise in the medical device industry. Kim honed her advanced skills in accounts receivable and sales and service support while at McBain Instruments Microscope Sales & Repair. She then expanded her role to include troubleshooting, fulfillment, and customer service at companies such as Telekelec Telecommunications and Munchkin Baby Products.
After joining Mikroscan in 2014, she has been responsible for all aspects of the on-time delivery of Mikroscan's dual-mode telemicroscopy and digital pathology instruments, as well as for critical sales and service support.
